The Road to Implementing Large AI Models for Industrial Empowerment
The entry of large AI models into a phase of comprehensive application, empowering a myriad of industries, raises several questions. How exactly can these large AI models be applied? Within the digital framework of enterprises, what role do large AI models play? How do they connect and collaborate with business processes and digital systems? What considerations regarding strategy, operations, technology, and organizational change are there during the implementation of large AI models? How can short-term, medium-term, and long-term return on investment (ROI) be measured? Understanding and mastering the characteristics and challenges presented by the deployment of large AI models, which are both similar to previous digital transformations yet exhibit new features, is key to the transformation towards intelligence.
