Eligibility Criteria

The AI Tech Application Zone at the show seeks to spotlight new talent and innovation in the field of artificial intelligence. To qualify for this exclusive opportunity, applicants must meet the following eligibility criteria:

New Exhibitors: Your company must be a first-time exhibitor at Beijing InfoComm China. We are looking to highlight fresh voices and groundbreaking solutions that have yet to grace our show floor.

AI Product or Solution: Applicants must have a demonstrable AI-related product or solution related to Pro-AV that is ready for showcase. Whether it’s in Audio enhancement and speech recognition, video analysis and optimization, machine learning, robotics, natural language processing, or any AI domain, your solution should be prepared to engage and inspire our audience with its potential impact.

If you meet these criteria and are ready to bring your innovative AI technology to a global stage, we invite you to apply and secure a booth in the AI Tech Application Zone. The deadline for application is 14 March 2025 (FRI).

Selection Criteria

To ensure that the AI Tech Application Zone showcases the most cutting-edge and impactful innovations, participants will be selected based on the following criteria:

Innovation and Uniqueness: We are looking for groundbreaking solutions that push the boundaries of what is possible with AI technology. Your offering should demonstrate originality and a unique approach that sets it apart in the industry.

Readiness for Showcase: Your technology or solution should be market-ready and capable of being effectively demonstrated. We seek applicants who can provide attendees with a clear and engaging experience that highlights the practical applications of their innovations.

Impact Potential: Consideration will be given to the transformative potential of your technology. How does your solution address current challenges, and what is its potential to impact industries or society positively?

Company Profile and Testimonials: A strong company profile and credible testimonials can enhance your application’s competitiveness. We are interested in companies with a proven track record of success and client satisfaction.

Successful applicants who meet these criteria will be notified by the InfoComm China team within 7 working days of submitting your application.

Showcase Application Fee & Package

Successful applicants will have the opportunity to benefit from the booth package at USD 700 (RMB 5,000)/company, enabling you to allocate resources towards enhancing your exhibition presence and creating memorable interactions.

Each package includes:

  • 5m (L) x 0.5m (D) booth (with Lockable cupboard, 2 barstool chairs, 2 100W spotlights and a 500W power point)
  • Speaking opportunity to present your innovations at our InfoComm Smart Tech Stage at Hall P. 5 slots available on a first-come, first-served basis and content must be reviewed by InfoComm China team.
  • 4 exhibitor badges for the show
  • Listing as the show directory
  • Dedicated marketing promotion as exhibitor of AI Tech Application Zone on official marketing and social media channels

Note:

Exhibitors of the AI Tech Application Zone will not be eligible for priority points for booth selection in 2026 and complimentary lead retrieval services. If required, lead retrieval can be purchased separately.
