Evolution in Audiovisual Space Control: Shifting from Single-Device Control to Predictive Operations and Maintenance (O&M)

Advancements in Audiovisual Space Control: Transitioning from Single-Device Control to Predictive Operations and Maintenance (O&M). The conventional centralized control relies on a monolithic structure with limited computing power. Introducing aritificial intelligency IoT (AIoT) technology for innovative upgrades to traditional central control empowers audiovisual spaces, evolving from single-device control to predictive operations and maintenance. This transformation facilitates new application scenarios, reduces operation and maintenance costs, enhances user experience, and achieves a high return on investment.

AIoT-enabled audiovisual spaces management are anticipated to become the predominant form of commercial application from 2022 to 2025. Consequently, the market for China’s AIoT-integrated conferencing systems is expected to experience significant growth. The AIoT-based audiovisual intelligent system demonstrates commendable compatibility and openness, enabling the realization of additional cloud-based functions through existing equipment. AIoT-enhanced audiovisual space management elevates business collaboration, making it more high-quality, efficient, and intelligent. This approach serves as a typical and exemplary model for enhancing collaboration density and promoting industrial economic development.

Nowadays, no matter in the stage performance, or the enterprise mixed office trend, the market demand for microphone pickup system continues to increase, Shure is always focusing on how to provide flexible pickup solutions for users in various fields, Murphy Yang will introduce the technology evolution and future trends of microphone pickup system.

3:30 PM – 4:30 PM

Wireless Computing Audio, Integration Innovation of IoT Blockchain Technology

It has achieved a technological breakthrough in long-distance, high-quality, and low-latency digital wireless voice transmission technology under micro-power, and achieved “thousand-meter sound transmission” – kilometer-level high-fidelity audio transmission. This technology is in an absolute leading position in the industry. Various application products developed based on this technology are products that are not available on the market.

At present, SOYO Technology audio indoor and outdoor positioning technology has an accuracy of 20cm and a transmission of less than 0.5ms, which is the lowest delay in the industry.

Competitors in the existing market, such as Bluetooth and other products, can only support one-to-one applications. Through special algorithm research, SOYO Technology supports wireless transmission technology for an unlimited number of receivers.

Panel Discussion 2 – Legacy Network vs Converaged Network

In the contemporary landscape of project management, networks assume a critical role. Often, we approach network configurations in a highly specialized manner, segmenting them into distinct categories such as audio, video, control, and data networks, each implemented in relative isolation. This approach, while effective in minimizing interference during implementation, and facilitates clear and concise troubleshooting, will also undeniably increase the costs of your project.

So, here comes the idea of a converged network – the integration of various sub-networks through some central system, seeking to harmonize their functions without drastically affecting their autonomous operation and troubleshooting procedures. This reduces the upfront investment required in hardware such as network switches, and will likely improve the ease of network operation and maintenance. This discussion will focus on the technical aspects of converged networks, and walk everyone through some common troubleshooting problems.

Transportation Digital Twin Theory

At its core, the digital twin is about converting physical roads, infrastructure, and traffic targets into numbers with characteristic information that can be automatically read and recognized by machines. Different from traditional video surveillance, the digital twin is not affected by light conditions in three-dimensional and multi-dimensional presentation, which can intuitively and comprehensively understand the real-time traffic status, flexibly switch any angle of view, and quickly view the occurrence of traffic incidents. From the traffic situation of the road network to the behavior of micro vehicles, it can be seen at a glance.

Autonomous Driving Test Theory and Key Technology Based on the Combination of Virtual and Real

The evaluation object of autonomous driving test has evolved from the traditional human-vehicle binary system to the human-vehicle-environment-task tight coupling system, and how to realize the accelerated testing of autonomous vehicles has become a key technical problem that needs to be solved urgently in the current industry. Professor Xu Zhigang will systematically introduce the research progress made by him and his team members in the field of autonomous driving vehicle in-the-loop testing from two aspects: autonomous driving bench vehicle-in-the-loop and on-site vehicle-in-the-loop testing, mainly including: the construction of critical test scenarios and twin test scenarios, the automatic generation of high-reproduction of sensor physical signals, and the construction of test platforms based on virtual-real fusion, which effectively improve the efficiency of autonomous driving testing, reduce test risks, and ensure the credibility of test results.

Panel Discussion 3 – Standardization for the Conference Rooms

When considering the landscape of IT standardization, our minds immediately jump to organizations including IEEE and IETF. Our goal of achieving a tenfold increase in bandwidth every decade hinges on the establishment of standardized network infrastructure. In the AV industry, despite the presence of respected organizations such as AES and SMPTE, their primary directive remains around guiding manufacturers in standardizing their equipment. We are quite a ways away from achieving any sort of industry standardization for specific applications. The digitization of the real economy, the increased dependency on networks and artificial intelligence, are trends that can’t be ignored. Corporate office meetings are becoming more frequent and with larger groups. We are no longer dealing with only how to design meeting rooms, we’re also generally trying to make meetings more convenient and efficient.

The clustering of enterprise conference construction has also promoted a diversified approach to the solutions we develop. From compact collaboration spaces like Huddle Rooms, to the standard meetings in conference rooms, and further to the expansive capabilities of large multifunctional conference lecture halls, these differences in application requirements and scenarios continually necessitate the development of lightweight, integrated, and comprehensive solutions. So, how should we define the feasibility of a solution. What are the technical principles we should adhere to? Among them, AVIXA’s standards can guide AV system design within a general scope. Everyone is, however, more concerned about how we could skillfully apply standardization in the specific construction of conference rooms. As such, conference construction needs a strategic approach to standardization. A high-quality project requires appropriate product selection, sound design planning, up-to-standard delivery, and a commitment to an excellent customer experience. These four aspects are not only related, but are complementary to each other. The final format of the conference will be driven by ecology, which will continue to stimulate the “intelligent” transformation of corporate
conferences.
